How far in advance should I order?

Normal orders must be reserved at lease 7 days in advance and Wedding Cakes must be reserve a month in advance.

Are deposits require?

All orders will require a 50% deposit to confirm the date needed. The other 50% of the total amount be paid at pick-up.

What's you cancellation policy?

Cancellation of all orders will be evaluated for refund. Only orders cancel 2 weeks prior to the pickup date will receive half of the deposit refunded.

Who are responsible for damages?

Red's Sweet Art is not responsible for any damage to goods once they are received by the customer.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (In person only); Credit/Debit Card (Online only); Cash App; Venmo, & PayPal

Change of date for an order will incur an extra charge and that charge will be best on the availability of the new date. In case the desired date is not available we will follow our cancellation policy.

Delivery is only available for Waco and surrounding areas. The delivery price depends on distance and the complexity of the goods being delivered.
